CASA Automotive Technology Department Chair Greer and Department Advisor Tracey Logeman, who received the College’s first Service to the College Award. Ms Logeman’s dedication to her position, according to Greer, “…has increased the Department’s retention and graduation rates, which is in accordance with the mission of the College as well as the spirit of Southern at 150.”

Senior Department faculty member Mike Behrmann wrote in his award nomination form for Ms Logeman that she has “consistently portrayed what I believe is the essential characteristics for the award…(which) recognizes persons that create a culture where all employees embrace their responsibilities for the recruitment and retention of students and act as good-will ambassadors…”
