Dr. Charles Rodriguez, 2004 Illinois Hall of Fame inductee, has again been invited to speak at the largest gathering of aircraft in the world, the Experimental Aircraft Association's (EAA) convention at Oskosh, WI. In the past, Dr. Rodriguez has shared the lectern podium with aerospace luminaries such as Chuck Yeager, Neil Armstrong and Scott Crossfield.
