Antoinette "Toni" Bailey, Vice President of Community and Education Relations at The Boeing Company's World Headquarters in Chicago was the featured speaker at the 2004 Minority Aviation Council Recognition Luncheon held at the Student Center on Saturday, April 17, 2004. Almost 100 students, faculty and alumni were in attendance including Dr. John Dunn, SIUC Provost, and Dr. Paul Sarvela, Dean, College of Applied Sciences and Arts. Ms. Bailey's remarks provided encouragement to current students studying to become part of the aviation industry in a tough economic environment.
