William C. (Bill) Milton retired May 8, 2004, after 25 years of service to Aviation, to Southern Illinois University Carbondale, and to the Department of Aviation Technologies. In addition to Bill's responsibilities and duties as a faculty member during this time, Bill was also instrumental in the development and delivery of the Bell Helicopter Factory Seminars conducted at SIUC's Aviation Technologies, the only such authorized training available in North America, and, in some cases, the World. We'll miss the "First Sargent" but wish him all the best in his retirement.
